I will have a lot of available time on Sunday afternoons this fall. While residents of New England, New Orleans, Dallas and Minnesota will be glued to the TV watching their football teams march towards the Super Bowl, I can be rest assured that the Loins will be marching towards another #1 pick in the draft. After seeing Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears, I know that 2010 will be another useless year and my Sunday afternoons will be better spend raking leaves.
But the game did make me think of a couple good jokes:
Q: What do you call a Detroit Lion with a Super Bowl ring?
A: A Thief
Q: How do you keep a Detroit Lion out of your yard?
A: Put up some goal posts
Q: How many Detroit Lions does it take to win the Super Bowl?
A: We don't know and we may never find out.

except, the lions were suppose to win that game. everyone agrees (even the people on espn) that it was suppose to be considered a touchdown at the end. they're still useless, but it was suppose to be at least one win for the season.
So sad!! The ROAR has gone out of them...
