




One of Brenda's favorite chefs on the Food Network in Michael Chiarello. She has a couple of his cookbooks and uses several of his recipes. We knew that he had recently opened a resturant in Yountville, CA named Bottega. We set up reservations for Tuesday night and who was there cooking our food - Michael himself. It was in incredible meal and the highlight was the polenta in a jar with his signature balsamic vingrette. Of course the meal would not have been perfect without a picture with Michael.
