This past weekend, we were in Houston to celebrate Camille and Scott's high school graduation. On Friday, Keith and Lisa picked us up at the airport and we spent Friday at their apartment. Before going out to Linda's on Saturday, we went swimming at the apartment complex and took a morning walk. Keith and Lisa live across from Hermann Park in the museum district of Houston. Hermann Park is home to the Houston Zoo, a golf course, beautiful gardens, an outdoor concert facility and numerous walking paths. They are so lucky to have a beautiful walking spot close to their home. It reminds me of Bryan and Jessie's place in Chicago because they have the Lake Shore Drive park and walkway next to their apartment. Both places sure beat our walking path in Portage.
