Friday was Laurel's 20th birthday. We now only have one teenager left in our family. Brenda, Philip and I drove over to Ann Arbor to have dinner and dessert with Laurel. We went to Gratzi and had a wonderful meal. Laurel and Brenda enjoyed fish and Philip (of course) went for the beef. It was Northern Italian cusine. Then we walked next door to a cool dessert lounge with comfortable chairs and couches. Ann Arbor is a great town to go out for the evening. Happy Birthday Laurel. We love you.

I first read that as "Laurel 2.0". I'm thinking, what was wrong with the old one?
