Staying in The Castello

Brenda and I took the opportunity on this trip to spend two nights at the castle instead of our entire stay at the Tavernetta. It was a real treat to actually spend the night at the castle. It is much more grand inside than I imagined. Below are several photos from the common rooms. Of course it also included a great breakfast served in the old kitchen. Overall it has 14 rooms for rent and they do a lot of wedding business. It does not have the modern amenities of the Tavernette, but it sure was a special treat.
