A Change of Plans

When we arrived in Capriva, we immediately saw Dora since she was at the Church Bar. She was in a wheelchair but overall looked good. We talked for a few minutes and then made plans to come for coffee on Tuesday. Well the next day Felice called since Dori was rushed to the hospital (she has been fighting several medical condition) and the outlook was not good. Ilvo and Elsa were also at the hospital. As we left on Thursday, we found out that Dori was doing better but was not able to go home. Dori is a tough woman, having survived the German concentration camp, and Felice said she may survive this scare as well. Needless to say, our plans changed. Brenda only briefly saw Ilvo, never saw Elda, and we only had coffee with Felice.
