It is asparagus season again!

As you may recall from last year, we have a lot of wild asparagus growing on our property.  When we returned from London on May 5th, we found the first shoots.  It grows in about 20 different locations, so we need to walk the property every couple nights to collect our harvest.  We even picked enough to feed nine people on Mother's Day.
