Since Popi has moved in with us, we needed to get his home on Sandpiper ready to sell. We have spent many evenings over at the house with Roger and Mimi and progress is being made. We hope that have it on the market by mid March. Here are some photos of the work in progress.

Going through the house has brought us a number of good laughs. Great finds have included the Holiday Inn fly swatter (what type of hotel gives you one of these?) and the asbestos coated pot holder (who wants this item?). Here are some photos of the work in progress.
