The Oo Farm

Keith and Lisa traveled to Maui on their honeymoon in 2008.  One of the highlights of their trip was a visit to the Oo Farm and they recommended that we included a visit to the farm on our trip.  This farm is off the beaten trail and is a real gem.  The farm is all organic and grows the most amazing fruits, vegetables and coffee.  The visit begins with a 1 1/2 hour tour of the farm.  The knowledgeable guide explains how the climate on Maui is so unique for growing and you get to taste everything along the way.  The tastes are amazing.  When the tour wraps up, the resident chef provides an incredible lunch using the ingredients freshly harvested that day.  It was one of our most delicious

 meals ever.
