Well Guatemala is not the first place I pictured myself going for spring break, but on February 27th we are heading down for a week. My clients from Chicago recently built a beautiful home on Lake Atitlan in the mountains of Guatemala. They are anxious for us to try out the new place and offered to let us use the home.
Laurel and her college friends were looking for an affordable spring break, so here we go. It will be Brenda, Laurel and I along with five of her girlfriends from U of M. We have seen many pictures of the home and surrounding area and it looks gorgeous. We have a direct, red eye, flight from Chicago to Guatemala City.
So at the end of February, look for some Cliff Notes postings from Guatemala!

Hi Phil - you got to spend a bit of time with Uncle Ken and Grandma - now how great is that. And we played Puerto Rico - want to do that again. It was a board game I could learn to enjoy - that is rare.
